Welcome to The Maybush Inn, the community-run Public House in Great Oakley, Essex.

The Maybush had closed but was then saved in February 2016, when it reopened as a co-operative pub, owned and run by the local community. Friends and strangers alike will find a warm welcome inside, as we strive to demonstrate what the great British pub is all about. We look forward to seeing you at the 'Bush!

Family and Dog Friendly

We are a friendly community pub so whether you are taking the dog for a walk, cycling past on a Summer's day or enjoying time with friends and family, all ages are welcome. We also have a beer garden to enjoy in the warmer months.

Monday: 12:00 noon to 8pm
Tuesday: 12:00 noon to 8pm
Wednesday: 12:00 noon to 11pm
Thursday: 12:00 noon to 11pm
Friday: 12:00 noon to Midnight
Saturday: 12:00 noon to 10pm
Sunday: 12:00 noon to 8pm
